Nuraksa Sesaot Grand Forest Park (Tahura)
Sesaot Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency
Part of this forest area has had its status changed from protected forest to conservation forest, designated for the development of the 3,155 hectare Nuraksa Sesaot Forest Park (Tahura).
The vegetation consists of lowland tropical rainforest, which is home to a diverse array of endemic flora and fauna. The year-round cool climate, flat topography, fertile soil, relatively good ecological conditions, and variety of fruits make this area ideal for agroforestry. There is an arboretum and a deer breeding center that can be developed into nature-based tourism activities such as forest trekking and other nature-based tourism activities.
